Job summary

Talentify in Tacoma, WA is seeking a customer-focused team member to explain menu items, operate our POS system, and keep a clean, safe workspace. You will assist with food service, ensure accuracy of guest orders, and receive training to prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and blended drinks in a fast-paced setting.

Must be 18+ due to alcohol service and available for 15–38 hours weekly. We value a positive attitude, teachability, and the ability to grow with the team while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older due to alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Explain menu items to customers and offer suggestions.
• Handle POS system courteously with guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Work as part of a team with a positive attitude.
• Assist with food service and ensure guest orders are correct.
• Be trained to prepare and/or serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blends and teas.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ due to alcohol service.
• Minimum 15 hours and maximum 38 hours per week.
• Demonstrate teachability and desire to grow.
