Position Overview

As a Barista at our Starbucks outlet located within The Westin Fort Lauderdale, you will be a key member of our food and beverage team. Your role will involve crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring they start their day with a perfect cup of coffee and a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to Starbucks standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining areas.
• Uphold exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and anticipating their needs.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Follow Starbucks recipes and standards to deliver consistent quality beverages.
