Job summary

Barnes & Noble Camp Hill is seeking a part-time Barista to welcome customers, prepare beverages and cafe offerings, and keep the café tidy and inviting. You’ll handle cash transactions, stock deliveries, and assist the book floor as needed, all while delivering friendly, professional service.

Open availability across mornings, days, and weekends is valued. Training will cover beverage preparation, merchandising, safety, and loss prevention, with opportunities for growth to Senior Barista.

Responsibilities

• Unpack deliveries and stock the bakes case and dining area.
• Operate registers and assist customers quickly and politely.
• Maintain café cleanliness and proper FIFO practices.
• Assist bookfloor team when needed and support café promotions.
• Prepare beverages and food accurately using recipe guides and standards.
• Promote café products and merchandising to drive sales.
