Job summary

Shifts include Day Shift 5:30AM-2:00PM and Swing Shift 2:00PM-2:00AM. The position entails supervising Baristas, maintaining high sanitation and safety standards, and contributing to inventory and budget

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a supervisor or assistant manager in a quick-serve or full-service restaurant.
• Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction.
• Ability to obtain a Food Managers Certificate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
• Ensures guests are treated promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Maintains staffing for forecasted volume and budgetary guidelines.
• Monitors inventories and reports discrepancies to Marketplace Manager.
• Oversees training for new hires with classroom and floor programs.
• Promotes the Casino through good will and positive attitude.
