Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Café Attendant to greet guests, know the menu inside out, and provide quick, friendly service in a lively center. You will assist guests with selections, handle payments, and help maintain safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, teamwork with staff, and delivering accurate orders while promoting a fun guest experience at our center.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.
• Basic food and beverage handling and safety knowledge.
• Effective communication with management, teammates, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests as a FUN ambassador.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare quick-service food and beverages per recipes and standards.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs.
• Process payment transactions and greet guests returning.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
