Riddle Village Retirement Community is seeking friendly Cafe Attendants to support our dining department on a part-time basis. The role involves working daytime shifts, with Sunday late afternoon excluded, and includes every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to follow oral and written English instructions.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation and housekeeping standards.
• Follow policies for employee meals and procedures.
• Communicate needs to chef and supervisor.
• Keep assigned caf area clean and sanitary while on duty.
• Prepare smoothies or serve food according to recipes and portion control.
• Rotate daily food and label leftovers with dates.
• Follow health and safety standards set by the Health Department and Riddle Village.
• Attend in-service trainings and assist in other cafe areas as needed.
