Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is seeking a Caddie Café Attendant for morning, part-time hours on site along the Oregon coast. You will prepare and serve food, maintain a clean workstation, and ensure food safety while delivering friendly, efficient service to our guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, good communication, and a proactive, positive attitude in a hospitality-forward environment. Previous kitchen or food-service experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow within the resort.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• At least one year of culinary experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and stay organized.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Keep workstation stocked and ready for action.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of equipment and kitchen floor.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Power equipment use and turning on/off as needed.
• Balance cash drawer and submit operational reports.
• Store leftovers properly to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
