Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or the golf industry preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills. Comfortable talking with guests, caddies, and staff.
• The ability to stay organized under pressure and juggle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools like word processing and spreadsheets.
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Physical capability for standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily caddie operations.
• Be the face of caddie services.
• Keep things organized and track assignments.
• Support the caddie team and communicate policies.
• Stay in constant communication with pro shops, guests, and on-course staff.
