Job summary

Tetherow Resort in Bend, Oregon is hiring for Seasonal Part-Time Café Staff to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You’ll greet guests, take orders, prepare drinks and light food, and ensure a clean, friendly cafe environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous food and beverage service knowledge is a plus; you’ll follow health and safety guidelines and use POS systems to process orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide phenomenal service and ensure guest satisfaction for all members and guests.
• Greet guests, take orders, and prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous and accurate manner.
• Use a POS system to ring in orders and close out sales through cash, credit card, or member/guest accounts.
• Maintain a neat and clean work environment in the Café and pool area.
• Comply with health department guidelines and inventory management.

What you’ll do…

• Sustain a neat and clean work environment, bussing tables in the Café and pool area
• Maintain health department guidelines
• Communicate with management regarding alcohol and non-alcohol supply levels and inventory
• Perform opening and/or closing duties
