Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is looking for a Café Attendant to greet guests, suggest menu options, and prepare quick-service items while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You’ll work with a team across opening, mid-day, or closing shifts, delivering food and drinks promptly. Perks include 50% off food/beverages and tuition reimbursement, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

At Main Event, our Café Attendants provide exceptional experiences by assisting our Guests with selecting a quick bite to reenergize them for their next activity! As a Café Attendant, you know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re an expert on our recipes, operational standards, equipment,and utensils. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcomeandgreetall Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!

• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy

• Preparingquick-servicefood and beverages according to recipes and standards

• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs

• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back

• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required

• Guest-focusedmindset (We heart our Guests!)

• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)

• Food Handlers Certification, as required

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure

• Caneffectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests

• Availability toworkdays, nights and/or weekends
