Job summary

Paramount Hospitality Management in Orlando is seeking a guest-focused team member to support daily operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare foods with short prep times, and help maintain a clean, organized food service area.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with payments, restocking inventories, and following health and safety guidelines while delivering friendly service and teamwork with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ability to greet guests and provide friendly service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to ensure a positive stay.
• Take orders and prepare simple foods with short prep times.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, and beverages as needed.
• Set up, stock, and clean work areas and equipment.
• Restock supplies and rotate inventory.
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Maintain a clean cash station and assist as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Ideal candidate will be involved in most aspects of day-to-day operations, such as inventory, sales, cash handling, sales reconciliation, line service, etc., while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and establish rapport with guest, proactively engaging them in conversations their stay
• Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements.
• Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, carving meats, making soups or salads, baking breads or desserts, and brewing coffee or tea.
• Responsible for setting up, restocking, and breaking down of the food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
• Restock kitchen supplies and rotate food.
• Accept payments and issue receipts, refunds, credit, or change due to customers accurately as necessary.
• Maintain clean and orderly cash station area; stock and maintain cash station area with various supplies and products.
• May be assigned to other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager(s).

Job Requirements:

• Must be able and willing to work on his/her feet for long periods of time
• Must be able and willing to lift 15 + lbs.
• Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
