Job summary

Paramount Hospitality Management is seeking a team member in Orlando to greet guests, take orders, and assist with food preparation for a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will handle payments, restock and maintain clean service areas, and contribute to a positive guest experience through strong communication and teamwork. Training, growth opportunities, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 15+ lbs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with guests to start their stay.
• Take orders from customers and prepare quick-service foods according to requirements.
• Prepare foods such as sandwiches, soups, salads, and beverages.
• Set up, restock, and clean prep areas, equipment, and service counters.
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash station and restock supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors or Managers.

Ideal candidate will be involved in most aspects of day-to-day operations, such as inventory, sales, cash handling, sales reconciliation, line service, etc., while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and establish rapport with guest, proactively engaging them in conversations their stay
• Take orders from customers and cook foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements.
• Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, carving meats, making soups or salads, baking breads or desserts, and brewing coffee or tea.
• Responsible for setting up, restocking, and breaking down of the food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables.
• Restock kitchen supplies and rotate food.
• Accept payments and issue receipts, refunds, credit, or change due to customers accurately as necessary.
• Maintain clean and orderly cash station area; stock and maintain cash station area with various supplies and products.
• May be assigned to other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager(s).

Job Requirements:

• Must be able and willing to work on his/her feet for long periods of time
• Must be able and willing to lift 15 + lbs.
• Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
