Job summary

Main Event Entertainment Cafe team is seeking a Café Attendant to greet Guests, explain the menu, and prepare quick-service items with accuracy and safety in mind.

As a Café Attendant you will work with a team, handle payments, and ensure orders are delivered promptly while maintaining high cleanliness standards. Availability includes days, nights and weekends, with growth opportunities in a fun, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs

At Main Event, our Café Attendants provide exceptional experiences by assisting our Guests with selecting a quick bite to reenergize them for their next activity! As a Café Attendant, you know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re an expert on our recipes, operational standards, equipment, and utensils. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and greet all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
