Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Café Attendant to help guests choose quick bites, present menu options, and ensure order accuracy. You will prepare items, deliver promptly, and assist with payments while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Our team emphasizes a fun, welcoming atmosphere, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic entertainment center. Join us in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Café Attendants provide exceptional experiences by assisting our Guests with selecting a quick bite to reenergize them for their next activity! As a Café Attendant, you know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re an expert on our recipes, operational standards, equipment and utensils. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcoming and greeting all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
