Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Austin is seeking a Café Attendant to assist Guests with quick bites, know the menu, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. You will greet Guests as a FUN ambassador, recommend items, and ensure order accuracy while delivering meals promptly.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and supporting opening/closing duties. Prior food/bev or retail experience is a plus; certification may be required. Great team culture awaits.

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

At Main Event, our Café Attendants provide exceptional experiences by assisting our Guests with selecting a quick bite to reenergize them for their next activity! As a Café Attendant, you know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re an expert on our recipes, operational standards, equipment and utensils.
