Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a friendly Café Associate to join our Dining Services team in Cookeville, TN. You will greet guests, take and prepare orders, and ensure fast, accurate service in a busy café environment.

In this role you’ll maintain clean dining and prep areas, handle cash and POS transactions, and uphold food safety standards while working with teammates to deliver a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or food service experience.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with orders.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean dining and kitchen work area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
