Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide food prep, cooking, delivery, set up, serving, breakdown and cleaning for Catering Events both on and off premises.
• Prepare hot and cold items for service according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain sanitary workstation including cleaning tasks.
• Handle knives, hand tools, and equipment to portion and prepare food as assigned.
• Restock, stage, and manage deliveries and trash removal.
