What you’ll do:
- Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to business needs and work in other areas.
- Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use hand‑held technology for immediate business decisions regarding production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
- Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolve member issues and concerns.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate the brand; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply in business processes.
