Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

You will make an impact by:

• Ensuring high‑quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
• Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lower‑quality food products
• Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Preparing and serving ready‑to‑eat food
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area

What you'll do:

• Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with the team; and adapt to the needs of the business.
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, order management, training, and quality assurance.
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate the brand; inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, team‑oriented style; identify and address training needs.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and apply these in everyday business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicate progress and recommend improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
