Responsibilities
- Be a Team Member: Maintain knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with the team; be flexible to work in other areas as needed.
- Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal productions; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage adoption.
- Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist members with purchasing decisions and inquiries; resolve member issues.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate; inspire teamwork and respectful collaboration; help identify and train others.
- Complies with company policies and ethics; supports open-door communication and applies these in business processes.
- Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify improvement opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.
