You will make an impact by:

Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area

Responsibilities

Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and adapts to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment.
Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages adoption.
Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging needs and assisting in purchasing decisions; handles payments, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Represents the brand; fosters a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented culture; helps identify and address roadblocks and supports training.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follows the Open Door Policy; applies these in daily operations.
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and opportunities for improvement; adapts to change and feedback.
