What you’ll do

• Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross functional teams; communicates effectively with team members; and supports business needs across areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; reduces waste; assists members with purchases and resolves concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; supports training and fosters a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; applies Open Door Policy in daily work.
