Job summary

Qualifications

• CAE/Analyst with 3-5 years in closures CAE or structural CAE.
• Experience with linear static and non-linear dynamic analyses including impact.
• Proficiency with meshing and postprocessing tools (ANSA, HyperMesh, HyperView, MetaPost).
• Experience with Abaqus, Nastran, LS-DYNA, nCode, OptiStruct, HyperWorks.
• Build and set up FE models and perform iterative CAE analyses to identify and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAE Analysis and provide issue resolution within program deadlines.
• Develop CAE models and plans to support program milestones; support resolution of functional issues within cross-functional teams.
• Create CAE engineering status reports; verify completeness and correctness of CAE.
• Optimize forward model systems using CAE tools; develop or improve CAE methods and processes.
