Responsibilities

• Works under guidance to learn dealership repair processes and Cadillac service standards.
• Performs basic maintenance and light repair tasks (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.).
• Assists experienced technicians with inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle testing.
• Reviews repair orders and ensures work aligns with guidelines.
• Maintains clean, organized, and safe work area; documents work and hours accurately.
• Participates in required training including Cadillac certification progress.
