Our client, one of the largest automotive companies in the USA, is looking for Field Sales Representatives to work hybrid at Warren, MI. Responsibilities include Aftersales Dealer and Field Support, Aftersales Launch Readiness, and supporting Roadside, Mobile Services, and Pick Up & Delivery.

Additional responsibilities

Aftersales Specialist: Support US Sales Operations, focusing on Aftersales Strategy. Requires coordination with Regions/Field Teams and Suppliers. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Specific duties include:

  • Consultation and resolution for Cadillac Aftersales initiatives supporting non-Cadillac Field and 360 Multi-Point Cadillac Dealers
  • Training facilitation for new Cadillac Aftersales Field staff and HQ SME support
  • Updating Regional Service Teams on TAC AC Cases, Shipments, Connected Services Deactivations, and recent changes
  • Supporting BFU Certification and CELESTIQ Technician Training and Engagement
  • Supporting program needs for Roadside, Mobile Services, and Pick Up & Delivery, including dealer enrollment and activation
