Job Summary

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Cadet Recruiting department on the Dahlonega campus. Cadet Recruiting Student Assistants provide customary service to potential cadets and students of the University of North Georgia. This is done through application maintenance, taking phone calls, swag inventory, hosting students on campus, and providing tours to incoming families. Student Assistants also assist with the Cadet Observational Visitation Program and the National Leadership Program.

Responsibilities
  • Student Assistant will set a weekly schedule where they will be available to host families and provide information on the Corps of Cadets as well as scholarships.
  • Student Assistants will provide support for the National Leadership Challenge Weekend, as well as the Cadet Observational Visitation Experience program.
  • Student Assistants will keep inventory of all of our marketing materials insuring they we keep are up to date on all informationals.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Student must have knowledge of the school, and the Corps of Cadets program.
Required Qualifications

Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
