Job summary

GDOT’s Office of Design & Policy Support in Atlanta, GA seeks a CADD Support Consultant to support Bentley OpenRoads Designer and OpenBridge Modeler, assist in developing and testing CADD software, and help implement department workspace configurations.

The role includes user training development, documentation of best practices, and evaluating new CADD technologies with a focus on design and plan preparation workflows. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting user issues and tickets.
• Software installation and workspace setup.
• Developing and maintaining CADD standards and documentation.

• Troubleshooting user issues submitted via ServiceNow.
• Software installation as needed for users.
• Assist with external user workspace installation.
• Maintain GDOT CADD software standards and documentation.
• Develop/train CADD software users when needed.
