New Day Recovery in Senath, Missouri is seeking a seasoned Substance Use Disorder Counselor (CADC/QAP) to join our team full-time. You will provide individual and group counseling, develop treatment plans, and document client progress within a supportive recovery program.

Credentials may include Missouri QAP or CADC/CRADC/CRAADC. Experience in residential or behavioral health is preferred; strong interpersonal skills are essential for compassionate accountability and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Missouri addiction-treatment credential or QAP eligibility.
• CADC/CRADC/CRAADC or other qualifying QAP credentials.
• Experience in substance use treatment, residential or behavioral health preferred.
• Ability to lead groups and provide individualized counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group substance use disorder counseling.
• Facilitate recovery-focused therapeutic groups.
• Complete assessments and contribute to treatment planning.
• Monitor and document client progress.
• Develop relapse-prevention and continuing-recovery plans.
• Collaborate with treatment team and leadership.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
