Job summary

Willamette Family Inc. in Eugene, OR, seeks an experienced CADC Counselor to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health team, providing group and individual therapy to clients in substance abuse treatment.

This full-time in-person role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a starting wage of $26.57 per hour at our downtown Eugene location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 403b with company match, paid time off, and

Qualifications

• CADC I Certification or above is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Criminal Background check conducted by the DHS Background Check Unit.
• New policy: 12-month waiting period before former clients may apply for employment (effective 03/28/2025).

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual therapy to clients in substance abuse treatment.
• Work as part of the outpatient behavioral health team.
• Maintain professional boundaries and comply with all applicable regulations.

Our Substance Abuse Counselors work with clients in substance abuse treatment across all levels of care in both group and individual therapy.

We are looking for experienced CADC Counselors to join our Outpatient Behavioral Health team!

The Substance Abuse Outpatient Counselor position is full-time (40 hours/ week) and in-person. Located at our NEW Willamette Family Downtown Treatment location in Eugene, OR!

Shift & Days:

Monday- Friday 8:00 AM - 5PM

Compensation:

Starting wage $26.57 / Hour
