Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Survey CAD Technician proficient in land surveying practices and Carlson Survey software. The successful candidate will transform field survey data into precise survey drawings, plats, and maps. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical skills, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze raw field survey data.
• Prepare survey drawings using Carlson Survey software, including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary, topographic, construction stakeout, and as-built surveys.
• Perform CADD drafting of survey plats, legal descriptions, and easements.
• Ensure all drawings meet industry standards for accuracy and presentation.
• Collaborate with surveyors, project managers, and field crews to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized project documentation.
• Assist with other surveying tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Survey CAD Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in Carlson Survey software is essential.

• Experience with total stations, GPS, and data collectors.
