Job summary

LVI Associates in Houston is looking for a CAD Technician to join our growing land development team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with 0-4 years of CAD drafting experience who want to grow technically while working on residential and site development projects.

You will prepare drawings and plan sets using AutoCAD Civil 3D, support a range of projects from planning through construction, and collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to produce construction

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of CAD drafting experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience preferred.
• Land Development, Site Development, or Civil Engineering project exposure is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
