Job summary

Big Top is seeking a CAD Technician to create detailed 2D/3D drawings based on engineer designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, and Engineering to update drawings during design and production, and prepare installation documents for vendors and job sites.

Requires CAD certification or related degree and at least 2 years of drafting experience, with strong communication and attention to detail. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CAD certification or related degree required; experience may substitute.
• Minimum 2 years of professional drafting/CAD experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Sales, Production and Engineering to modify drawings quickly and accurately.
• Support foundations, clearance and engineered drawings across departments.
• Prepare installation documents and coordinate distribution to vendors and job sites.
• Assist customers via phone or email in a professional manner.
