Job Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD 3D to create detailed design layouts for HVAC, MEP, and Environmental Engineering projects.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Modify and revise designs to address deficiencies or reduce problems.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D models, drawings, and plans.
• Ensure designs meet specifications and standards.
• Assist in project proposals, schedules, and budgets.
• Perform field surveys and measurements for data collection and verification.
• Stay updated with CAD software and techniques to improve efficiency.
• Participate in design reviews to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in CAD drafting, especially with AutoCAD 3D.
• Proven experience in HVAC, MEP, and Environmental Engineering design.
• Understanding of drafting techniques and engineering terminology.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
