The Beaver Excavating Co. is seeking a CAD Technician to join the Take-off/Drafting/Modeling team. You will create, modify, analyze or optimize 2D and 3D designs using Civil CAD software and assist with project bidding and planning.

You will develop layout and machine control data for GPS equipment and support project managers and field personnel on highway and site plan projects, delivering progress reports and as-built drawings.

The CAD Technician will utilize specific CAD software and will work as part of the Take-off/Drafting/Modeling team to create, modify, analyze or optimize 2D and 3D designs.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Surveying or GPS experiencea plus
