Saronic Technologies is seeking a Space Planning Coordinator to manage space planning, headcount alignment, and move planning on a 6-month contract. You will draft floorplans, coordinate with executives, and maintain documentation to ensure traceability of decisions across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes CAD proficiency, strong communication, and meticulous organization to balance priorities and keep projects on track in a dynamic workspace environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting space planning, facilities, workplace planning, or similar coordination roles.
• Working proficiency with CAD or drafting tools; ability to produce clean, simple planning layouts.
• Comfort balancing multiple priorities with tight timelines and frequent changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional executive presence.
• High attention to detail and an organized approach to tracking requests, versions, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Space Plan Drafting: Create and revise basic floorplans for open office seating, conference rooms, cafeterias, and support spaces using CAD/drafting tools.
• Occupancy & Headcount Planning: Maintain seating counts and utilization summaries; support headcount/occupancy alignment across teams and locations.
• Move & Migration Support: Assist with move sequencing, transition plans, and stakeholder communications for relocations, restacks, and space changes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Support executive stakeholders; capture requirements, manage intake, and drive timely updates through to completion.
• Documentation: Keep space plans, assumptions, and change logs current; ensure requests and decisions are traceable and easy to reference.
