Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposed retail environments for operational compliance including stock, merchandise handling, loss prevention and store operations.
• Maintain current, accurate project files for drawings and all correspondence.
• Work with other departments through all project phases from inception to completion.
• Keep current on computer network systems and related peripherals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must haves:

• MUST have strong experience with AutoCAD – layering, adding dimensions, etc.

Qualifications And Special Skills Required

• Proficient in AutoCAD
• 2 years of practical space planning experience
• Ability to utilize data to drive space planning decisions
• Gather, summarize, prepare and analyze store specific unit data
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams

Essential Functions

• Evaluation of proposed retail environments for operational compliance to include but not limited to stock and merchandise handling, loss prevention and store operations
• Maintain a current, accurate and up-to-date project file. Both drawings and all correspondence.
• Work in conjunction with other departments in all phases of the project from inception to completion.
• Responsible for keeping current on computer network system and related peripherals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• AutoCAD experience in a production environment
• Electrical drafting, engineering support, technical drafting, CAD operations, or similar backgrounds
