Job summary

Safran Seats USA is seeking an Engineering Systems Specialist 4 to assist teams with CAD/PLM software (CATIA, Pro-Engineer) and deliver product improvements. You will document issues, support multiple clients, and build strong client relationships while operating with minimal supervision.

The role requires deep CAD/PLM knowledge, MT-level mentoring, and experience across CATIA/Pro/E ecosystems, with travel for international/domestic assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science required or 12 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• 8 years' experience in support of CAD software and PLM systems; problem solving and mentoring.
• LEAN Engineering or 6 Sigma training desired.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose CAD and PLM software issues.
• Interface with customer staff on technical matters.
• Work with diverse customers with varying skills and roles.
• Report task status and implement recovery plans.
