Job summary

Elevate Aircraft Seating in the United States is seeking a Senior Engineering Systems Specialist to govern CATIA and related tools across the organization, standardize CAD practices, and implement automation to improve productivity in aerospace interiors.

You will serve as the expert for engineering systems, partnering with Design Engineering and IT, delivering training, templates, and data governance while enabling scalable workflows and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, technical certification or equivalent experience in Engineering CAD/Design/Manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering CATIA or similar CAD systems in complex environments.
• Experience developing CATIA automation tools, macros or templates.
• Experience supporting CATIA users in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize CATIA and related design tools across the engineering organization.
• Develop and maintain CAD standards, SOPs and governance processes for system usage.
• Identify and implement CAD workflow improvements and automation to boost productivity.
• Provide advanced technical support and training for CATIA users and engineering teams.
• Drive data quality and process governance across CAD data and downstream processes.
