Job summary

Lifetime Products in Utah is seeking a CAD Business Administrator to support installation, configuration, training, and ongoing administration of CAD and PLM applications used across Lifetime Products.

This role partners with internal customers, management, technical support teams, and CAD users to improve processes, resolve issues, coordinate CAD-related projects, and ensure users have the tools and knowledge needed to work effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/PLM applications and functions.
• Ability to plan and coordinate CAD-related projects across divisions.
• Strong communication, training, and support for CAD users.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support Creo, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Windchill PDMLink, LPDS.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate CAD-related projects to support on-time completion.
• Develop, improve, and maintain CAD processes, training materials, and a knowledge base.
• Provide training and guidance to CAD users to ensure tool proficiency.
• Work with internal customers to provide technical advice and resolve CAD/PLM issues.
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to CAD systems and workflows.
• Complete monthly benchmarks and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with PTC support to resolve Creo-related issues.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
