Halodi Robotics is seeking a CAD Modeler in San Carlos, CA, to translate industrial design into high-quality CAD geometry for NEO, balancing aesthetics with manufacturability. You will collaborate with designers and engineers across prototyping and production to ensure robust, production-ready geometry.

5+ years in CAD modeling and surface development, with proficiency in Alias, Rhino, CATIA, NX, and Python preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CAD modeling, digital surfacing, Class-A surfacing, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing complex surface geometry for physical products.
• Strong proficiency in Alias, Rhino, CATIA, NX, or similar CAD/surfacing tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate industrial design intent into high-quality CAD geometry for NEO.
• Balance surface quality with packaging, prototyping, and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and technicians to realize design intent.
• Develop production-ready CAD geometry from concept to manufacturing.
• Improve modeling workflows and automate CAD data pipelines.
• Support physical prototyping and validation of surfaces.
