Job summary

The Tuckey Companies in Pennsylvania is seeking a Mechanical Designer for Commercial and Industrial HVAC/R. You will design mechanical services projects directly or with supervision, using AutoCAD and Revit.

Requirements include a 4-year engineering degree or equivalent, knowledge of plumbing and heating/ventilation/air conditioning, and willingness to undertake additional training. Health insurance starts after 90 days; dental, vision, and life options exist; Paid time off accrues with tenure.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent mix of training and experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems essential.

Mechanical Designer for Commercial and Industrial HVAC/R will be responsible to design mechanical services projects directly or with coordinated efforts of superior, peer and subordinate personnel using programs including AUTOCAD and Revit. Basic HVAC and Plumbing knowledge required.

Educational and experience requirements include 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or combinations of technical training and/or experience. Should have working knowledge of AUTOCAD. Prefer but do not require experience with Revit. Knowledge of plumbing and heating/ventilation/air conditioning a must. Must be willing to take on additional training.
