Job summary

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, CNC Programming, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to ensure designs meet customer and production needs, while supporting fabrication and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical/trade school equivalent in drafting, design tech, or engineering tech.
• Experience reading 2D drawings and creating 3D CAD models for manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Convert 2D drawings into detailed 3D models and production-ready designs.
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, product documentation, and design records.
• Modify and improve existing product designs for manufacturing and customer needs.
• Use CAD software to develop design solutions and manufacturing support files.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, CNC Programming, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales teams.
• Support fabrication activities and ensure manufacturability and adherence to schedules.
