Anton Cabinetry is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and transform its engineering and design team for a fast-paced commercial millwork operation. This onsite role emphasizes structure, accountability and a strong bridge between Engineering and Production.

You will standardize drawings, coach engineers, and rebuild workflows to improve predictability and quality across shop and production teams in a growing $30M firm with a 50-year history.

Formación

• 7–15 years of commercial millwork, casework, or store fixture engineering experience.
• Strong command of shop drawings, production drawings, CNC workflows, and millwork standards.
• Enough technical depth to guide and review work, without being a “heads down” drafter.
• A steady, accountable, results-driven leadership presence
• The confidence and communication style to reset expectations and bring people together
• Experience building processes, not just following them
• 2–5+ years managing or leading engineering teams

Responsabilidades

• Establish consistent drawing standards for shop and production drawings.
• Align the team around a single way of doing things.
• Improve accuracy and reduce variation across engineers.
• Strengthen internal review processes and ensure high-quality release packages to the shop.
• Lead a team of Project Design Managers, Engineers/Designers, and outsourced drafters.
• Raise expectations, build discipline, and drive training consistency.
• Bridge the gap between Engineering and Production, improving schedule predictability and reducing rework.
