Job summary

Anton Cabinetry is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project execution by owning workflow coordination, documentation control, and task visibility. You will ensure accurate project information and keep schedules and milestones current while facilitating communication across PM, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Field Operations.

This role emphasizes process discipline, cross‑functional support, and timely escalation of bottlenecks to enable PMs to focus on customer relationships

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a coordination, project support, administrative, operations, or customer service role.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments and maintaining project documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project workflows and proactively identify and escalate issues.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project information in Innergy and related systems.
• Ensure schedules, statuses, milestones, and documentation remain current.
• Provide visibility into project progress, risks, and outstanding action items.
• Coordinate information flow between Project Management, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Field Operations.
• Track open tasks, commitments, approvals, and follow-up activities.
• Escalate delays or bottlenecks to PM leadership when needed.
• Support cross-functional execution through effective communication and coordination.
• Enter and maintain job setup information, statuses, and milestone dates; complete job information sheets.
• Assist with preparation of RFIs, submittals, and packaging for production releases.
