voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Designer–Engineering to produce detailed manufacturing drawings and BOMs using CAD/CAM tools (NX, MicroStation, NX Simcenter) and SAP. The role requires collaboration with engineering and manufacturing to ensure design intent, manufacturability, and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate has post-secondary engineering credentials and 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Post-secondary engineering credential.
• Experience applying CAD standards to manufacturing drawings.
• Knowledge of materials and casting processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce manufacturing drawings and BOMs per design standards.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to resolve design manufacturability issues.
• Update drawings and BOMs as needed and approved.
