Job summary

Sidump'r is seeking an Engineering Intern to support the design and drafting team. You will gain hands-on experience in trailer and equipment manufacturing, producing 3D models and 2D drawings, and assisting with BOMs and welding annotations for production lines.

Under the Engineering Manager's guidance, you will align daily work with safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards, participate in team reviews, and help maintain accurate engineering documentation across the CAD system.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, CAD, or related field.
• Hands-on experience or coursework proficient in SolidWorks preferred.
• Strong drafting, technical drawing, and detailing skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and geometry with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use SolidWorks to create, update, and revise 3D CAD models and 2D drawings.
• Produce BOMs, welding annotations, and dimensional callouts for production.
• Archive and manage CAD files and ECNs in the PDM system.
