Job summary

Phoenix Modular Inc. is seeking a Drafter to generate complete and accurate files and prints based on written specifications for customers, state agencies, and production. You will draft project drawings for sign-off and compliance while maintaining attention to detail and timeliness.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering, address redlines, manage CAD files, and ensure clear communication with internal teams to support production and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and schematics.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Draft project drawings including working drawings for customer sign-off, state agencies, and production; update drawings as needed.
• Submit complete and accurate plans to supervisor/plan checker for review and incorporate redlines from plan review.
• Save CAD files of completed project final releases and address questions from internal teams.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients and work in a fast-paced environment.
