Job summary

Champion Modular, Inc. in Liverpool, PA is seeking a detailed-oriented CAD Designer to create model drawings and construction layouts for homes. You will draft detailed construction drawings of walls, roofs, floors, plumbing, electrical, and assemblies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Collaborating with Production and Quality Control teams, you will apply knowledge of building codes and engineering practices to deliver clear, complete drawings for project approvals and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2–5 years' experience with AutoCAD
• Familiar with US commercial & residential building codes
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Create designs from sketches and drawings provided by Sales and customers
• Draft detailed construction drawings of walls, roofs, floors, plumbing, electrical, and related components
• Use CAD software to generate accurate detail drawings and layouts
• Coordinate with Production and Quality Control to resolve design issues
• Submit drawings to third-party agencies for approval
