Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a CAD Drafter-Designer for 1st shift days to support the Engineering Department. The role focuses on translating customer requirements into designs that meet production standards and developing furniture concepts using 3D modeling tools.

You will create detailed drawings for production, collaborate across departments, and ensure designs align with customer and production expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in drafting, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical solutions for furniture design, fit, and function.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and accuracy.

We seek a Drafter- Designer to join our growing company to meet the increased demand for our innovative products. • Interpret customer requirements and translate them into designs that align with production and drafting standards.
• Design and develop furniture solutions using 3D modeling and drafting software.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Manufacturing to ensure designs meet customer and production expectations.

Salary Range
