Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a CAD Drafter/Designer to design and draft custom solutions using CAD software in an on-site setting.

You will create work orders from architectural and structural drawings, read part drawings, perform field measurements, verify sites, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and shop teams to ensure constructability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Drafting/CAD or equivalent experience is required.
• 2+ years CAD drafting experience; SolidWorks preferred.
• Experience with field measurements and site take-offs is important.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and assemblies is required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience in metal fabrication or construction is a plus.

Mon–Thu | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM | $25–$30/hr + OT

We’re looking for a CAD Drafter/Designer who enjoys problem-solving, creative thinking, and developing custom solutions.

What you’ll do:
